Gérard Hascoët – Executive Chairman

Gérard Hascoët joined SpineVision as Chairman in April 2007. Mr. Hascoët has over 30 years experience in the Medical Technologies market. He was founder and CEO of three companies which were successfully developed and sold : SOMETEC, a company which developed non invasive hemodynamic monitoring ; IMMI, a company devoted to the development of new Neuro surgery robotic systems ; and TECHNOMED International, a company which developed extracorporeal and minimally invasive therapy system for urology. Mr. Hascoët is currently Chairman of the Board of MD Start, a Swiss-based incubator of medical devices ; Chairman of the Board of Promed, an Austrian-based manufacturer of infusion pumps ; Director of the Board of Dupont Medical, a French based manufacturer of medical devices for home care. Mr. Hascoët is also a Venture Partner with Sofinnova Partners.

Arnaud Brisard – Chief Executive Officer

Arnaud Brisard has more than 15 years of experience within strong growth and innovative companies. Prior to joining SpineVision, he assumed the duties of Director of Operations & Customer Services at Netasq, European leader of firewall vendors. Prior to this he was Vice-President of Engineering at Intranode Software Technologies. He started his carreer by leading missions in the telco and defense sectors at Alcatel and Aérospatiale.

Vittorio Casazza – Group Vice-President of Sales

Vittorio Casazza joined SpineVision as Managing Director for the Company’s Italian subsidiary in September 2007. Prior to joining SpineVision, Mr. Casazza served as Business Director and Legal Representative at Wright Medical Italy. At Wright Medical, Mr. Casazza was in charge of sales and marketing functions as well as the internal reorganization of the company’s subsidiary. Mr. Casazza also served as Finance Director and Legal Representative at Medtronic Sofamor Danek Italy from 1998 to 2002 and as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1991 to 1998..

Bruno Guicheux - Chief Financial Officer

Bruno Guicheux currently assists the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Guicheux has more than 15 years of experience in Financial Management and support to innovative companies. His main fields of intervention are recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, relations with investors and public institutions. Member of Boards of directors and Executive committees, he also participates in the elaboration of the policy and the strategy of companies. Prior to this, Bruno Guicheux managed during 10 years the Valuation and Industrial Relations department of the University of Caen Basse-Normandie.
